Presidents I and II - Two Past Presidents Hold onto Financial Accounts even though their Terms of Office had Long since Expired. Years later, they continue to withdraw money from the account, with neither the knowledge nor consent of the association. These accounts, which were established as trusts by the estates of deceased former teachers were intended to provide "scholarship funds" for Victorville children. These accounts were only "discovered" while attempting to locate all of the past records (which other VETA treasurers didn't keep or had  been very poorly kept). These accounts had to be frozen because it took a tremendous amount of time to even determine who had access to them - that is, once it was discovered that they existed in the first place. The previous two "treasurers" knew nothing about these accounts (and NEVER had signature cards transferred over).
	President III - One Past President, purchased, with VETA funds, a large photocopy machine from the NEA/CTA High Desert (CA) Service Center office. This machine was placed in his HOME and remained there for YEARS - even AFTER he quit the association. More than $14,000 worth of VETA Membership Dues were NOT Deposited during this president's "rein." Even so, the association was expected to pay for "maintenance fees" on the photocopier in his home!
	President IV - Took a check, intended to send him to the CTA Presidents Conference and used it as an UNAUTHORIZED LOAN from the association to take a vacation to Hawaii instead. Must be nice! This same president KNEW about the classrooms that were raided, at Lomitas Elementary and EVERY OTHER SCHOOL in the DISTRICT, and did NOTHING about it. He also KNEW about teachers being harassed and, again, did NOTHING. This President was also the one responsible for the "contract ratification," that occurred in 1996, where only 22 teachers (out of nearly 300) voted - again, no one even knew there was a ratification.
	President V - This one also has an illustrious past. As the first "treasurer" on "duty" when the mysterious disappearing scholarship trust accounts went underground, this individual was the first to lose track of those accounts. Later, this individual became the "leader" of the esteemed negotiations team and personally confided with other members of the VETA Executive Board, that confidential negotiations issues where discussed with school administrators - even though most Executive Board Members were kept in the dark about such matters. This esteemed individual was "rewarded" by serving as a teacher of one of the "elite classes" at Lomitas Elementary School and (since these classes were dismantled after the school was monitored by the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights) has served as the teacher for children of high ranking school and district administrators. Finally, this teacher, after spending a grueling 1 1/2 hours sitting in the Student Study Team (SST) Meeting for the first grade child at Lomitas Elementary School who had suicidal thoughts, defecated deliberately on the floor at home, and tore the head of a bird (prior to squirting the blood on friends), required an IMMEDIATE counseling session with the school psychologist because the meeting was so horrible. (Remember, Lomitas Elementary School didn't provide any help with this one either!)
	Elections Chairperson (and VESD Mentor Teachers) Serves Jail Time for Child Molestation

	Victor Elementary Teacher Association's Constitution found GROSSLY out of Compliance with CTA "Requirements."
	VETA Botches ANOTHER Election - with CTA's Help!

	More than $14,000 (Fourteen Thousand) Dollars of Membership Dues (from CTA) are NOT Deposited over a THREE YEAR period. VETA Doesn't Care and the California Teachers Association Hadn't (or maybe they had) NOTICED!
