It's so comforting to know that the California Teachers Association has ignored atrocities perpetrated against the teachers they allegedly "represent" and, in fact, actual ignore, and even harass, members when they ask legitimate questions of their leaders. With legal "representation" like this, is it any wonder our schools are such a mess?

	Beverly Tucker was actively involved in the Carlisle vs. National Education A$$ociation Case, which, apparently, Ms. Carlisle, as a member in good standing brought against CTA/NEA for UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES and prevailed!
