Membership Dues NOT Deposited

That's right, over a period of at least three years, more than $14,000 worth of membership money, sent by the California Teachers Association, was NOT deposited into Victor Elementary Teacher Association Accounts. Isn't it AMAZING that no one from CTA ever noticed that someone from the Victor Elementary Teachers Association wasn't cashing checks worth THOUSANDS of DOLLARS?
