US Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights and
the California Department of Education Deceived by
Lomitas Elementary School and the
Victor Elementary School District!

Apparently, Delaine Eastin, the California Superintendent of Public Instruction, the California Department of Education, and the US Department of Education were too STUPID to notice the blatant disregard of Lomitas Elementary School and the Victor Elementary School District to tell the truth when they bestowed their highest "honors" upon this "school." As the attached document clearly shows, ONLY ELEVEN STUDENTS from Lomitas Elementary School were reevaluated as per VESD's "agreement" with the US Dept. of Education's, Office for Civil Rights. Please note that, as these documents were obtained from the US Dept. of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) under the Freedom of Information Act, all names that were not crossed out by OCR have been left intact. One teacher, alone, referred MORE students than that from just ONE CLASSROOM!
