| Bill Ribblett IGNORED the complaint filed against Lomitas Elementary School with the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights which resulted in an investigation against, not just Lomitas, but the ENTIRE Victor Elementary School District. Even more disturbing is that a copy of this complaint was hand delivered to your office shortly after it was filed! As you know, this investigation lasted approximately TWO YEARS! Is it true that you complained when the investigation began because "teachers had more work to do?" Did you CARE that children and teachers had been SEVERELY harmed by abuses made by the Victor Elementary School District? |
| You KNEW about CORRUPT CTA/NEA Elections and then tried to blame others for your office's errors! |
| You KNEW about the $14,000 in CTA membership dues that was not deposited by the Victor Elementary Teachers Association and yet you did nothing. |
| You KNEW about the Victor Elementary Teachers Association Constitution and Bylaw Fiasco and yet you did nothing. |
| Is it TRUE that you once filed a lawsuit against CTA/NEA? |
