No wonder our schools are in such a mess - no one's at the helm!

	United States Department of Education permitting discrimination and racism in our schools!
	United States Department of Education (USDE) refused to acknowledge that a school, which was nominated for the USDE "National Blue Ribbon School Award" was investigated, for TWO YEARS, for segregating students by race, and for refusing to assist students with SEVERE special needs!
	The National Council on Disabilities report, "Back to School on Civil Rights," regarding "current federal and state laws (that) have failed to ensure the delivery of a free appropriate public education for too many students with disabilities." This report, found on Wrightslaw.com, provides a horrifying look at national and state agencies that have refused to enforce existing laws to protect the children that allegedly serve.
