	The Victor Elementary Teachers Association (VETA) DID NOT Deposit more than $14,000 in membership dues, from CTA, over a three year period. There may have been additional money that was never deposited but CTA wouldn't research more than three years!
	The Victor Elementary Teachers Association was a grossly inept organization that couldn't even handle the basic elements required of any type of similar group. Take a look here to see that the California Teachers Association knew that the VETA's Constitution and Bylaws were OUT OF COMPLIANCE with CTA's minimal stands and required MAJOR REVISIONS. What did CTA Do about this - NOTHING!
	The HIGHEST RANKING (Reeking?) OFFICIALS of the California Teachers Association sat on their duffs for YEARS and did nothing - take a look at this letter, from CTA, acknowledging that they were aware of these problems. Absolutely disgusting!
