Unethical Practices by the
San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools Office!

In light of the fact that this letter came from the President of the California Music Educators Association - Southern Section - ONE OF THE LARGEST MUSIC EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS IN THE STATE! (The geographical region covered by CMEA-SS is LARGER than many states.) It is reasonable to think that Delaine Eastin might have taken the time to respond. Well, surprise(!), she didn't. Perhaps she never learned how to write.
