	Cielo Vista Elementary School, Saddleback Valley Unified School District - Sends letters to parents of children with identified learning disabilities stating that they may not participate in "extracurricular activities" such as after school music programs. The principal of this school also releases confidential information about a student (and identifies that student by name). It also appears that teachers at this school accept personal phone calls, during class time, on cell phones.
