It's just too bad that Janet Young, Personnel Director, Victor Elementary School District, missed the first sentence under "Principle 1" - "Commitment to the Student" and the the first sentence under "Principle 2" - "Commitment to the Public" when she used both of these "principles" in her botched attempt to have the teaching credential of a former district teacher revoked (four years after he quit) for assisting VESD students by filing charges against the district with the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights and for exercising his First Amendment Rights by publicly exposing the corruption that exists within the district!
